For Trade FT - 1/4 Manfrotto hex plate for 3/8

Hi, I'd like to trade a 1/4-20 Manfrotto hex quick release plate for a 3/8 plate.
Mine is in good working condition with typical scratches and wear, rubber grip is intact and in good condition.
I have multiples, so happy to send the best condition one of what I have.
