I used this on a Shen Hao 4x5 camera for a while when I wanted perspective control movements on a medium format exposure. The film holder is in perfect working order and looks very nice too. It comes with the box, mask (for the 4x5 viewfinder) and instruction booklet. The photos below are taken today. I would like $95 net.
