Up for sale is a Wista 45DX III field camera in beautiful condition.
$2200 shipped in the US, including paypal fees. Make an offer if interested in just the camera with Bino.

It includes:

- Rodenstock 90mm f/6.8 MC Grandagon on brand new Wista board with new Wista quick release L cable adapter. Excellent with caps.

-Schneider 150mm f/5.6 Sironar-S MC on brand new Wista board with new Wista quick release L cable adapter. Excellent with caps.

- Wista Binocular finder (brand new) with box, great for checking focus.

- Hasselblad heavy duty cable release, Excellent.

- Two Fidelity Elite II 4x5 sheet film holders, Excellent.

-Brand new interchangeable Wista Brand Bellows installed.

This is a great camera, it was just given a full CLA and all movements are smooth, all locks are tight, geared focus is smooth and just lubricated.

The camera has a brand new Graflok back installed, stronger and more durable than wood version. Wista brand ground glass and fresnel installed, excellent condition.

The condition is very nice, minor wear only as pictured, it's a pleasure to use.

Links Updated. Thanks!

This is Rosewood or Quince I believe. I have a cherry 45dx too and it's much lighter in color.

Worth checking - there's much variance in Cherry - Another Melbourne APUGger has a cherry Wista and his is much lighter than mine (almost beige) - but mine looks the same as this (and mine I still have the box that says 'cherry' on it! As with everything, it is possible I'm wrong...

Marc!

What's the advantage of the back, besides being able to use roll film holders?

The graflok back allows you to use the roll film film back, flip up viewing hood (so not always under a dark cloth), binocular viewer, also you can use the sliding loupe focusing attachment for critical focus

Up for sale .....

-Schneider 150mm f/5.6 Sironar-S MC on brand new Wista board with new Wista quick release L cable adapter. Excellent with caps.

I think you must mean...

-Schneider 150mm f/5.6 Symmar-S MC on brand new Wista board with new Wista quick release L cable adapter. Excellent with caps.

Correct. My apologies. Its a Symmar produced by Sinar. Offers? I'm looking to sell the cameras. I also have a 45DX cherry, DX II Cherry and DX II rosewood that will all be coming for sale.

Is mine Cherry, Marc?

Get it Gary - it's the same as mine!! We can race them...

Marc!

No go. My estimate with Customs and import duty is AUD$2,740. How much is that hood that's tacking onto the package??
I say, dear Marc, it would be cheaper for me to creep into your studio and flog the Wista ... while you were sleeping ...
