Howdy, APUG! I picked up this Walz Enjoy 35 Rangefinder in Japan some time ago amid some random camera-treasure hunting. I thought one of my Film Club students would like to use it, but they are all into SLRs. I put a roll through it and all functions work just fine, and the 7-element 48mm f/1.9 Kominar lens appears to render colors nicely. The aperture/shutter ring system with this Walz is a bit different than what I’m used to and I simply don’t see myself ever using it much.
There are no major issues that I can see or experienced with it. The body is in pretty good condition. There’s just a small scuff on the bottom-right front plate, and a small ding on the back just below the flash grip. The focusing knob is also loose a little, but it's not an issue.
Focusing is smooth. Lens is super clean with just a few very minuscule specs of dust. Film compartment is super clean. The rangefinder double-image is aligned and clear. Shutter speeds appear to be accurate. 46mm UV Ultra-Slim filter is included.
Sample Photo taken with Tudorcolor 200 Film (Expired 2014)
Price: $35 (Shipping included). Paypal payments only.
I ship from South Korea. KoreaPost is fairly quick as packages usually arrive within 7-10 days, and in most cases sooner.
Thank you, APUG!
