In order to finance further ventures into LF, my RF kit has to go.
Voigtlander Ultron 28mm f/1.9 in LTM (Leica Thread Mount)
This is an utterly gorgeous, sharp, contrast-laden beautiful beast of a lens. If I didn't need the money, I'd keep it even if I didn't have a camera just so I could look at it. I rather think they are under appreciated and undervalued even though they are not very common.
I've studied front and back elements under a 10x loupe, and I can't see a mark on either. The cap as you can see is worn, but then it has done its job thereby in protecting the front element.
The back cap seems to have come from one of my USSR lenses, I have no idea where the original one is now. Actually, come to think of it, I think it's on the back of the Summicron I have for sale.
You can put it on the R2A I'm also selling, with a suitable adapter*, but you won't have framelines for 28mm - however, I have always used the whole VF as a frame for it and my results were good enough.
This lens really is in very fine optical condition, and in excellent cosmetic condition.
Accordingly, it can be purchased for an outlay of £350
Price includes shipping within the UK and PayPal fees.
I will consider shipping within the EU but at additional cost, which may prove to be prohibitive.
US/RoW - you can ask, but again tracked and insured shipping may be prohibitive to potential buyers.
I have 100% +ve feedback at eBay (username paitch177) as both buyer and seller. I would prefer to sell to a UK APUG user, but I reserve the right to refuse an offer to buy from a user with no significant posting history here.
* I have suitable adapters also available, just not photographed yet
