Lens is in very good shape. Everything works as it should. Glass is clear of scratches & fungus.
Focusing is smooth.

That's a very nice looking lens. If no one here is biting, you might want to consider eBay. Not too long ago I was outbid on a lens like this, and I think it sold for over $100.
 
I have this lens in Pentax K mount. IIRC I bought it new several years ago for about $100.00. It is a pretty good performer if stopped down a bit. Beware of getting your feet in vertical shots! I think the OP's final offer with both caps and shipping is probably reasonable.
