I believe this Unicolor tube is for 20" x 24" papers & films, as the height of the tube exceeds 2 ft. However, I can't say for certain but would love to measure it for you if interested. Just shoot me a PM.
There is one caveat with this tube; one of the tabs that secures the lid broke off when I first got it. However, the plastic piece that fell off broke very cleanly and the piece fit back into its groove perfectly. I used a liberal amount of very strong super-glue and left it clamped that way for several weeks. Pictures of the repair are included.
It appears to be completely functional and I've applied a substantial amount of force to test my repair. I pushed and pulled on the tab with a strong longitudinal force (more than it would ever encounter in normal use), repeating the same test on the unbroken tabs. Nothing budged, nothing cracked, nothing squeaked, etc. I believe that this will function as good as new, as long as you are generally careful when taking the lid on and off.
The tube has been tested full of water and it doesn't leak a drop; fills and drains easily.
I'm not sure what to ask for this; mainly just want to get it to someone who will use it.
