Super Graphic in mint condition with a 127mm Ektar lens on a Copal 1 Super Graphic board with a ton of accessories. Camera is clean and has almost no marks on it; everything works as it should. The electric solenoid WORKS, fires without any problems, although the tension in the lever on the board needs to be adjusted (knob on the top of the lever screws and unscrews to adjust the tension). The rangefinder works and is cammed for the 127mm lens -- nice and bright, aligned perfectly in the horizontal plane, slightly off in the vertical. All movements are easy to manage, and the focus slide works perfectly, as does the focus lock. Graflok back and rotating back work great, too.
There is a tiny imperfection in the front element of the lens, hard to see except when you're up close, as it is only about a quarter of a millimeter across; it does not affect picture quality, and this Tessar has surprising sharpness at f8 and f11 using a 6x7 roll film holder. Sharp to the corners when it is stopped down to f16. Shutter is a Synchro-Compur with speeds to 1/400th, and they are accurate and have been tested down to 1/50th with film (slower speeds sound fine to my ear).
Body looks great; the only issue to note is some slight separation of the leatherette on the bottom of the camera -- it isn't peeling off, but it is raised a bit; doesn't affect operation of the camera.
Comes with a lot of accessories -- I am consolidating some of my stuff, so this should make a terrific outfit for someone doing lots of 4x5 photography:
- Polaroid 405 instant film holder (same as Fuji-PA145, uses available Fuji film)
- Series VI slip on adapter with Yellow and Orange contrast filters (cased)
- Tiffen Series VI aluminum hood
- PressLok tripod rapid release
- Graflite 3 plug Y flash cord with 2 AC connections
- Extra pair of infinity stops (not pictured)
- Extra P34 cam for a 135mm lens (not included)
- Wide angle viewfinder with #4 Graflex mask
- New battery cover
- New set of 24V batteries, used once
The Super Graphic is identical to the Super Speed Graphic except that the lens doesn't feature a 1/1000th speed. The front standard, as you may know, has more movements as a field camera than a lot of the Wista and Toyo models; it has limited rear tilt using the drop bed feature (and the bed can also be raised by the same amount). Perfect for handheld large format photography, but it has a ton of other uses as well.
Asking $600 cash for everything; if you don't want or need some of the accessories, such as the Polaroid holder, the extra pair of infinity stops, the extra RF cam, and/or the PressLok, there is some wiggle room in that price. Payable via PayPal only, and I will ship outside the US if needed.
