Hello,
Here is a pretty little wood, brass and leather Sanderson camera. I believe its called a Hand and Stand camera but I do not know what version. The ground glass measures about 3 1/4 x 4 1/4 inch so I guess its a quarter plate size.
I checked the bellows with a bright LED light and I saw no pinhole light leaks. The shutter of the lens does change speeds when the settings are change and seem about right to my ear. The lens is fairly clean especially in the front, the rear has some dirt and a very thin narrow circle of separation around the edge. This camera has the focus knob on the right side of the body for a shorter wide angle lens placement but it does not seem to do anything - maybe something missing or I'm just not understanding how it works. This is a small light weight pretty little guy.
I am not sell selling this as a ready to go make pictures camera. It is over 100 years old and being sold as is for display, for parts or a small tinkering project.
$106 plus $15 for postage in the US 48 States.
Thanks for looking,
Robert
