Beat on a bit but works.
THE TRIPOD SCREW (3/8") IS THERE... just doesn't show... also not showing is the "lock cam" deal. You tighten up the 3/8 screw and back it off a 1/4 turn then use the lock cam that synches the union up tight!!

Pan lock bolt has a bit of bend to it.. it tightens up fine.
