Glass is perfect with very little "schneideritis" on the inside edges.
Compur shutter is just a bit slow, so it needs cleaning.
(Usable as it sits if you are used to speed sounds instead of numbers.)
You will also notice that it comes with its original box.
From the s/n it looks to be a 1969 model.
