For Sale FS: Rolleicord with Xenar

More trimming down of stuff: Up for sale is a slightly unusual 'Cord. Has a nice Xenar with nice glass. Focus screen is plastic and somewhat marked up but works OK. A modern replacement would likely do this camera well, same for the mirror. Also has a couple oddities: Extra shutter release lever installed as well as a couple extra terminals/posts on the front plate. Not sure what's up with the terminals but may be a flash sync mounting system that is now stripped back to near normal?

Shutter sounds good on time, haven't timed it electronically but the roll of expired tri-x I shot as a first test came out as expected. Camera will need leatherette to be perfect and shows signs of use on the metal parts. If you're looking for a user, this would be a good one but if you're looking for perfection keep looking.

From what I can tell, everything is there and original but I'm not a Rollei expert so please ask any questions if you need more specifics.

Camera works fine, winds on fine and focuses fine. Film tested, but I haven't had time to scan in the negs. If really necessary I can shoot a new roll and scan in with today's date/my nom de plume somewhere in the photo or something to prove it's solid.

Sorely tempted. If I didn't already have two Rolleis. That would make a great looking camera with a bit of leather. The corrosion bumps you see under the existing leather are easy to fix. The lens looks beautiful.
A hundred bucks. wow.

I totally spaced on the fact that I have the back panel leather, it came off shortly after I received the camera and went to use it and has been stored since then. I didn't want to mess it up by trying to glue it back since I've never done that before so it's just hanging out.

I don't have the hood's central piece though.

Shot a roll of TMAX 100, expired '07 today after work. I knew it was a bad idea going in but shot with a red filter (only used yellows thus far) and didn't correct enough for the Rollei rot filter. So, these are underexposed and probably underdeveloped, negs were thin but got some images anyway. Didn't want to take the time to de-dust so forgive the nasty dust/artifacts from my city water.
