VCP is liquidating some of their collection of donated gear.

For sale is a Rodenstock Imogon 250mm portrait lens with 1 diffusion disk.
The lens is mounted in a Copal #3 shutter with un-engraved aperture scale. The glass is in pristine shape, shutter operates smoothly at all speeds.
Lensboard is NOT included.

The last NYC discount price on this lens was about $2500.

Anyone interested in gorgeous soft focus photography should do a google image search for "Imagon" photographs. Several ($$$$) later soft focus lenses with diffusion disks were patterned after this one, but it's the gold standard for soft focus large format photography.
