I "rarely" use the word rare, but I'm sure it applies in this case, it's not a gimmick, it actually is a really rare item, and NPC back that was designed for the Mamiya 6 or Mamiya 7 camera bodies.
It allows you to use any Polaroid film that's the 3ish x 4ish size... And Fuji FP-100C and FP-3000B films in your Mamiya rangefinder!
I know the box days Mamiya 6 but I own a Mamiya 7 II and it works just fine on that as well, the image is projected on a special ground glass that transfers it to the paper like a contact print, so the image is 6x7.
I know this thing is truly a rare camera, I'm leaving it for one day here then probably putting it on the bay, if anyone is interested and needs to wait for pay day or anything, just let me know.
It has one chip off the back corner as shown, but for some reason doesn't really seem to show in the images and isn't distracting.
