I've got a nice looking Gundlach 8x10, Radar Ext WA Anastigmat f16 (to f45). The Serial number is 211136 and front & rear lenses match. The barrel says Wollensak. Front metal cap is included. The lens is mounted on a 6x6 board 3 piece board (looks like a 2D board to me). Looks better than my digital photo of it... The ad below says it is 6 3/4" focal length, which agrees with my measurement on the camera.

The packard is synch'ed, but the wires don't come back out through the board. The silver post is the connector for your tube and bulb. The pinhole in the board is where you stick a paperclip or whatever to switch from B to instant.
