If the shipping ends up being lower than the USPS online shipping calculator estimates I will refund you the difference. If it is substantially higher than the estimate($5. or more) I would expect you to pay the difference. Magazines are heavy and do not enjoy the lower Media Mail rate. USPS Parcel Post, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground are all available. You could also pick them up from my office in NYC.
This was a great magazine until it lost its way towards the end, its publishing schedule becoming erratic. Great articles on darkroom techniques by well-know practitioners (B. Barnbaum, et.al). My favorite was David Vestal's column. It always had at least a couple of good quality film-related articles per issue.
I will upload more images as time allows.
