Pentax 645 with 75mm 2.8 lens, 2 120 film backs and 2 battery holders. The camera shows signs of use but is fully functional. Both battery holders have some a chip in the plastic (see photos) but they will both still drive the camera. I used both of them in this condition for a long time with no problems. The glass on the 75mm is clean and it comes with a 58mm haze filter. I always kept this on the lens as protection. Price $349/OBO. Buyer pays shipping. All offers considered.
