Pentax 645 with 75mm 2.8 lens, 2 120 film backs and 2 battery holders. The camera shows signs of use but is fully functional. Both battery holders have some a chip in the plastic (see photos) but they will both still drive the camera. I used both of them in this condition for a long time with no problems.
