Note: The 220 insert is currently configured for 120 film frame count. The camera functions as expected in this configuration. The insert can be easily configured for 120/220 films.

Doesn't this come with the 120 insert as well? It's harder to get 220 film.

There are two differences between the 120 and 220 inserts. One is a small plastic key that can be flipped around with a #0 Phillips screwdriver. This tells the camera to count frames for either 120 or 220 film. The other is the sticker on the release knob on the outside of the film insert that says 120 or 220.

Bob is correct. Inserts with "120" on the handle can be found on eBay easy enough.
