Raising funds to send my Linhof for a CLA in Germany, I am selling a Pentacon Six TL kit. Everything works as expected, the camera has had a CLA and works flawlessly. Lenses are clean and clear, free of fungus, haze, dings, bumps and that kind of nasty things.
- Pentacon Six TL - This is the last model of the Pentacon Six (actually, from the Pentacon Six to the Six TL nothing changed physically on the camera, just to mark the availability of the TTL prism) and is the last variation (chromed tripod mount, plain shutter release button, black lens mount ring) with serial number 202666. This dates the camera in 1989: depending on the source, some say 207k cameras were made, others 205k, notoriously TRA "Mr Pentacon Six"). Included Waist Level Finder and TTL Prism. Prism would benefit from a clean, and has a mark on two corners, but works as expected. All shutter speeds on this camera are correct, frame counter works, there is no frame overlapping, etc. Aesthetically, the camera has little signs of use. It has been my backup system and hence I have not used it extensively, but it has been tested before putting it for sale. Camera comes with black leather case.
- Carl Zeiss Jena Biometar MC 80/2.8 (last model, all black), serial number 41310 (made in 1989, one of the 3 last batches made, since according to Thiele serial numbers go up to 42.000, with a short final run of 6,000 reformulated Biometars by 1990, from 42,001 to 48,000) with multicoatings. Clean blades and smooth focusing. Glasses are free of fungus, bumps, haze, etc. Aesthetically, lens has little signs of use.
All in all, one of the newest kits you can get.
- Carl Zeiss Jena Flektogon MC 50/4 (last model, all black and multicoated), serial number 10.915.909 (made around 1981). Probably my favorite lens out of this system. As with the rest of the kit, the lens works flawlessly, clean blades, smooth focusing, no marks or fungus, etc. Included rear cap and original rigid leather case.
- Carl Zeiss Jena Sonnar MC 180/2.8 (last model, all black and multicoated), serial number 10.985.525 (made around 1981, too). A well known lens with unmistakable bokeh. Clean glasses without separation, fungus and other marks, like the other lenses I am offering here. Blades clean and smooth focus. Aesthetically it is in good condition, with some usage marks on the body that does not affect performance at all. The tripod socket mount is included and securely placed. Both caps included.
Asking:
- P6TL + WLF + TTL Prism + CZJ Biometar MC 80/2.8 - 250 Euro
- CZJ Flektogon MC 50/4 + Rigid leather case + Rear Cap - 175 Euro
- CZJ Sonnar MC 180/2.8 + Rear Cap + Front Cap - 200 Euro
- Full kit - 550 Euro
Shipping at cost from Europe.
