I don't know. There doesn't appear to be any taper before it bells out at the top, so might work. (I assume you're referring to the Multi Tank 5.)

After some research I've seen people use them, so I guess it's doable. Does the cap leak?

If left on it's side, it does drip. One drip approximately every 5 seconds.

2 reel tank is sold.
