Would help to know the bayonet ("bay" for short) size, 1, 2, or 3.

taking a guess... I think its Bay II. As I have this same lens cap on mine, which is a bay II

bay II lens cap

If the cap is still available, I'd like it. I lost mine shooting a play in a dark theater several years ago and have been lucky so far, but I don't want to damage that Planar lens.
