I think this is probably one of those controversial triplets that some people claim are petzvals. If you look at the photo, the middle element sits pretty close to the rear element. BUT, this is a triplet, not a petzval.
The good part is that it is simple to take apart and swap elements around to create whatever freaky masterpiece may be lurking in your brain. Plus it's CHEAP.
And if you are a crow, the outer barrel, if you use it, is very shiny...
Marked 10" effective focus, so it is about f6.5 or so. Less than 3" high. Without the shiny barrel, it covered whole plate easily (6.5" x 8.5") so might also barely cover 8x10.

Everything I'm selling will fit in a medium flat rate box, so postage will be no more than $10.95, most likely several dollars less than that if I don't use flat-rate.
If you don't need any of this stuff, how about donating anyway? Maybe the equivalent of one or two shots of film?
