More clearing out of my lens collection.
Good to very good condition Nikkor 50/1.4, this time the coated Auto-S.C version. This is a pre-AI or non-AI lens so it has the rabbit ears and is not modified. Please check on equipment compatibility because I'm not a Nikon expert so I can't tell you what this lens will work on. I know it works fine on my Canon EOS SLRs and DSLRs with a plain adapter ring with no issues.
Has some cleaning marks/scratches/wipe marks, whatever you want to call them on the front element the worst of which I was able to show in a photo. Back element is clean aside from one smaller rub mark in the coating.
I tested this lens on a non-film APS-C camera and found it to be sharp and contrasty even with the flaws in the optics. No fungus/haze/internal issues.
There is wear to the focusing ring and it is evident that there is some age to this piece, so if you are looking for perfection, please go direct to Nikon and order a brand new one.
Otherwise this should be a great user. Last image is a sample from this lens on an APS-C non-film camera taken at f/1.4 near minimum focus distance.
$85 shipped CONUS/plus shipping elsewhere in world. PM me an offer if you are interested but don't like the price. 3% to APUG for their services to the community.
