For your consideration is a low use Nikon Coolscan V scanner in excellent condition. It includes all of the original accessories, including the original box. In addition, it comes with an FH-3 carrier, which does a better job of keeping film flat than using the motorized strip carrier. I bought this scanner a few years ago to help make a book of some of my father's pictures from the 1950s and 1960s for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary.. It's amazing how well even significantly faded slides turned out. Most of my own work, though, is with medium and large-format cameras, and so eventually I bought a film scanner that can handle these sizes. Since I don't need both, you have a chance to buy a Coolscan V in excellent condition. $700 plus shipping. 3% will be donated to APUG.
