No case. It's got a great medium format 75-150/4.5 zoom that I am told is a vintage Tamron.

OD is 19W x 14.5D x 14H That means it will fit many an 8x10 wood field, and certainly any 4x5 field camera. And it is durable enough for shipping.
Just add your own foam and perhaps a masonite divider for a nice case.

Used but appears to be in good shape.

#4 OM Winder 2.
I put in 4 AA batteries and shorted the pins. It winds as one would expect. But I have no body to properly test it.
