This lens is a "Single Long Focus" by the Manhattan Optical Co of NY (which would seem to date it earlier than the Cresskill NJ days or the merger with Gundlach). I've never found any information on it and never seen another one.
It's marked 5x7 and f16 but I used it as a meniscus lens on my 8x10 once or twice (you can see in one of the photos how it looks once the barrel comes off) - I seem to remember it being around 15" long (although, if its really f16, with that little opening in front it would be much much longer so I suspect that F16 is the focal length). It's mounted on a little lens board - I suspect that once you remove it from that, you can remove the rear baffle too and get more speed and aberration out of it.
