Up for sale is my trusty manfrotto 7322cy-bb tripod. originally from best buy, this small carbon fiber tripod came with its own non-removable ballhead that takes a QR plate that IS included in the sale. it holds my 1d3 with a non-telephoto lens, i.e. 28mm or 85mm lenses. the setup is extremely light and the locks are surprisingly strong on the legs.
