This is a Manfrotto/Bogen (it has no model number on it) quick release mounting plate and a right angle camera mounting bracket. With the mounting plate attached to the tripod and the bracket attached to the camera, you can quickly switch from portrait to landscape orientation.

In excellent condition, I'm asking $75 + shipping.
