Having used a pair of Pentax 35mm and then a pair of Nikon 35mm cameras for 40 years I thought I knew pretty well built equipment. I bought this gear in the second year of retirement to use in college level photography courses. I had been wrong about thinking I had well built gear.

The Mamiya RZ67 Pro II manual says, “The Mamiya RZ67 Pro II is designed for heavy professional use and will last indefinitely, if properly maintained….
We recommend that the camera body should be serviced at least every 50,000 exposures….”

I used this gear and several accessory lenses that I will post later in three courses, or about 90 rolls of film. I then moved up to 4x5 and then later 8x10 and 7x17. The point is I think there is some mileage left in this one. It is in excellent condition. I treat my gear with great respect.

No interest in trades. I need to raise money for the property tax man.

Serial numbers are important for my offer.
The camera is RL1102
The lens is 58269
The UV filter has no serial number
The roll film back is SF1127

For those worried about buying from someone they don’t know, I respect that and stand behind what I sell. If you don’t like it within seven days of receipt, send the same one back in the same condition, pay the postage and insurance both ways and I will refund your purchase price.

I am very interested. Bring cash or certified check. You may also be interested in three more lenses and several accessories. I am just working on the listing & photos now. I will PM my phone # and we can work out when you can come over.

Thank you.

Wow, this is interesting. I was checking used prices to see how to price the three additional lenses and accessories. Look what I found at B&H Photo used dept.
“Mamiya RZ67 Professional II Value Pack Medium Format SLR Camera Kit with 110mm f/2.8 Lens, Folding Waist Level Finder and 120 Film Back You Pay:
$999.95”
http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/801115969-USE/mamiya_212096_rz67_professional_ii_value.html

It seems I priced this kit too low. Buy it before I relist it.

The Mamiya 67 setups are great - I've got an RB and RZ. They're fun to use in studio and out and about, and the glass is nice. This should be a good start for anyone who wants to get in to 67.

Thank you Alex.

I will be posting additional lenses and accessories. I had some computer trouble yesterday, but it seems to be sorted out this morning.
I'll get to work on it.

I found four rolls of HP5 that expired May 2013 in the freezer and four in the camera bag. These will go with the camera.

Sort of a cheap bump. I found six rolls in the freezer and four in the bag. I have shot ten year old expired film and not really noticed a difference. Free with the camera is an inexpensive way to make all the mistakes we do when learning a new camera. I silently scream when I make them with the 7x17 @ $9 a sheet.

This got lots of views, interest, but no purchase. Lets see if a discount helps.

$ 725 to me, plus shipping from Zip 44210, plus Paypal 3%
Paypal as a gift has no 3% fee. US Cashier’s check or postal money order welcome.

Deduct $50. Make it $675 plus all of the above.

Well, this has been an interesting adventure. Lots views, no questions, one offer to buy that was retracted, one offer to buy that walked away, one strong interest that didn’t pull he trigger. Unfortunately, the tax man, the reason I am selling this gear, is only interested in a firm sale.

Lets try another price reduction. If that doesn’t work I’ll try selling something else. Any one want a Labrador Retriever? I ’ve got three of those in varying ages.
