For sale is my Mamiya 7II kit with 80mm lens—complete with original box and packing materials, instruction manuals, strap, shade, body cap and both lens caps. The camera and lens are in great mechanical condition. Rangefinder and meter are spot-on, film advances smoothly and spaces correctly, everything works beautifully. I’ve owned the camera since 2006, when I bought it from a guy who hadn’t run more than 5 or 6 rolls through it—i.e., it was basically new when it came to me, and I’ve taken great care of it. Cosmetically, there are some modest signs of use, mostly the type of wear that comes from gripping the body, advancing and loading the film, and taking the camera in and out of its shoulder bag. Same goes for the lens, although the glass is perfect. I love this camera, and it’s performed like a champ for me, but selling it will let me scratch an itch and try one of the new 6X7 Bessa/Fuji models. To get an idea about the images it produces, have a look at a new site I’m starting up, peterlatner.com. Of the pictures I’ve uploaded so far, all were made with this body, and most with this lens (one or two were done with the 65mm lens). Price is $1400 net to me. I’ve bought and sold here and on other forums before, and on the big auction site (peterlat).

I am interested in this camera and lens, but have never bought on this forum and don't know what to expect, how to use it, how to contact you etc. Can you respond if this Mamiya 7ii and 80mm lens are still available for purchase. I am fine hearing from you via email at cwalterm@msn.com or by phone at 763.757.6167. Thanks,
Claire Walter-Marchetti
