Rotating Camera Mount for Mamiya 645 Cameras - $85 includes USA Postage and PayPal fee -

It works with all models of the 645 series cameras.

Mounts between tripod and camera and allows for a quick change of 90 degrees keeping the lens axis constant.

Overall good condition - some wear on edges to finish - mechanics are in perfect working condition

Mine works with my Mamiya 645 Pro, as long as I attach the camera facing the correct (and somewhat non-intuitive) way.
That is with the manual wind crank.
I actually prefer having the wind crank at the top when the camera is rotated to portrait orientation.
