Mamiya 645 tripod mount that allows the camera to be quickly rotated 90 degrees without moving the location of the center or the lens. Also, keeps the weight of the camera centered over the tripod for a more stable setup. It is in very good condition, surface shows very little signs of use, movement is smooth and locks up tight. Tripod mount is for 3/8" screws.

FWIW, although this was designed for the original series of Mamiya 645 cameras one of these works well with my later Mamya 645 Pro.
I have a 1/4" - 3/8" adapter installed in mine and use it with a Manfrotto quick release plate and my Manfrotto ballhead. It also works well with one of those "joystick" tripod heads.
The only challenge is getting used to how best to orient the camera when everything is put together - initially you will think that the best way is backwards! - but once you get used to it it works well.
