The lens is in outstanding condition. There is no haze, dust, fungus, or scratches. The focusing action is solid, smooth and precise. There are a few scuffs on the lens hood and a small (hardly noticeable) scuff on the the lens body. It comes included with both caps, hood, and ProMaster UV filter.
