For sale is an extremely rare Linhof Kardan Bi-System 8x10 Camera. The camera is in excellent operating condition except for the following issues:
1. The bellows has pinholes and needs replacement. Custom Bellows quoted £200 plus shipping for new bellows.
2. The lever below the rear standard that locks the shift and swing movements is missing. Its location is shown in the 6th photo. The lock can be operated using an allen key. I searched for a replacement, but have been unsuccessful. A machinist could make a functional part quite easily.
Apart from these issues, the camera is in excellent operating condition, with some minor marks and scuffs. All the movements are smooth and the locks are firm. The focusing screen is bright and comes with its dedicated metal protective cover. The front standard comes with the often missing risers which allow the lens panel to be raised to its full extent. A Linhof Technika lens board adapter (not shown), base rail and two extension rails are also included.

Price: 423,000 JPY / ~2700 USD, including worldwide shipping.
The 4x5 and 5x7 versions of this camera are also listed for sale, and if you want a complete 4x5, 5x7 and 8x10 camera set, I can combine the required parts.
