This is a great combination for handheld 4x5 shooting but I haven't done this for a while now so I'm clearing some kit for other projects.
Linhof Super Technika V with Carl Zeiss Planar 135mm f/3.5 lens and matched cam.
Complete with grip and finder.
I do have a 135mm focus scale for the lens (included) but it doesn't fit the scale holder on the V track (it fits a IV). It's easy enough to estimate the distance to dial in parallax on the finder in any case.
The camera has all its leatherette and is in excellent condition. The rangefinder works and is accurate. The rise/fall lever and tracking is smooth and not stripped. Bellows are original but light-tight. Optical finder is clear and undamaged. Most importantly the lens is also in very good condition without any significant flaws. There are a few bright spots on the coating but that's about it - no fungus, separation or noticeable scratches. The shutter runs smoothly at all speeds and has certainly been accurate enough for the photographs that I have made with it.
The lens really does have a different look to modern plasmat designs and of course you can isolate your subject rather nicely by using the lens at f/3.5 or f/4.
The camera has been well looked after but is used - it is in excellent condition for its age but it is more aimed at users rather than collectors.
Asking £1500 GBP + shipping/fees from here in the UK.
