#2 The old Minolta 50/3.5 MC Macro Rokkor came with two pieces besides the lens. (a) the 2:1 extension tube for true 1:1 and (b) the reverse mount adapter.

RE: Makinon: Yes -- they have the aperture coupling mechanics.
In addition -- since it is AI, all you need to do to make it AIS is to add that divot to the mount. A nice 5-minute project for Dremel with a grinding disc.
