I found a nice semi-wide for the 8x10 that will work on the 4x5, though a tiny bit heavy. Picked up a Calumet II-N (Rodenstock) 240/5.6. Great coverage.
Now I've got a three things to part with:
#1 Nikkor-W 240/5.6 *cells only* -- fits Copal 3 (58mm). $200
#2 Sinar DB mount. Not the shutter. Has an aperture scale for Nikkor-M 450/9 as that was what it had mounted. $60
#3 Cambo #3 lens board. From the 8x10. $25.
And probably ... if I find that the II-N is not too heavy for the 4x5 ..
#4 Calumet Caltar HR 210/5.6 (Tominon). $300
It's a hard lens to part with.
But I will make the final decision on this one in a couple of days.
Well, there is no location in the OP's post, no location under the OP's name, and no location in the OP's profile. The site originates in New Zealand. I'm sorry if I'm wrong in my assumption of the OP's location; perhaps the OP is located in New Zealand after all. I'm trying to figure out where the OP's post comes from. (I have a vague interest in the lenses but will have to pass at this time. Hope the OP gets a good sale.)
Yes, that is evident, now that the OP has placed the location below their username in response to the query. As of my previous post it still wasn't there. Thanks.
