Well used but still very usable Leitz Tiltall.
The good:
Legs lock up tight and feet retract properly
Center column and legs are straight
Head locks up nicely, column rise and pan locks up nicely
The neutral:
Pad has been replaced with rubber gasket material. I like this since it grips well and does not compress. Tacked down with rubber cement in case you want to remove (but why, unless the red bothers you).
The bad:
Column rise and lower is a bit stiff, but still usable
One of the turnbolts for the center column is slightly bent, but does not affect function
