It's a slightly smaller Lens Board Bonanza, Little Joe!

FS:
Used large-format camera lens boards.

1) Graphic View/Calumet CC-400 metal
4" x 4" lens board. Hole measures ~52.6mm.

1) Horseman metal lens board, 5 7/16" x 5 7/16". Slight damage to upper right corner. Hole measures ~39.3mm

Of course, you can enlarge the holes to fit your needs...
