Jobo 10M. Not seen often in the US.

It's a 3 tank system with a loader for processing 35mm, 60mm and 70mm long roll film. Comes with 3 tanks, 2 reels, 2 lids, a float, a loader with 35mm guide, and instructions. Tanks are about 14 inches across. Good shape overall, just a bit dusty. Needs crank on loader and take up spool, but shouldn't be an issue. Similar to Lomo system from Russia, but better because of the multiple tanks.

It won't dry 8x10 film (unless you fold it ). It dries roll film while still in the reels. Nifty little gadgets, though... You can get dry film in 30-45 minutes. Honeywell also made them, I believe.
