These are used but in good condition and will probably outlast your grandchildren. The rubber friction thingie on one of the tongs is slightly twisted - its edges are not parallel to the tong edges, but the rubber itself is flat and well-adhered to the metal. The tongs are numbered 1-2-3 if you're the super-fussy type and want to keep them separated. $35 plus shipping in the US.
