I bought this for an anticipated jump into 14x17, but I've had to abandon those plans.
This lens looks to be in fine condition, one very minor scratch on the front element, very slight amount of internal dust, and a few minor scratches on the barrel and flange.
The aperture ring turns smoothly, has positive-sounding clicks at every full stop, and produces a beautiful round circle.
I didn't get a chance to test out this lens, but reports are that it's quite sharp and covers up to 14x17 easily.
The flange is attached to the lens, so that's obviously included, as are two generic plastic lens caps.
