@abcxyz Unfortunately, there are potentially explosive substances in color developing chemicals. Brazilian laws are pretty harsh for possession of these products and require photo labs to have authorization from the Ministry of Armed Forces... So, labs cannot sell to consumers, unless they have this authorization, which is very hard to obtain.
BUT! Unlike American ones, Brazilian authorities are lousy at enforcing these laws. I would never be caught in possession of the chemicals. And, even if I did, I would never be prosecuted.
The real obstacles lie in putting my hands on the products...
