This lens appears to identical to a No. 70 Kodak Anastigmat
A symmetrical, air-spaced 4 element in 4 group design, (A Dialyte type lens)
The lens is uncoated in a barrel with an aperture scale that goes for f/7.7 to f/45
With a 15 blade aperture that creates an almost perfect circular opening.
Glass is clean, aperture ring turns smoothly.
You could mount it on a 4 x 5 or 2 x 3 Speed Graphic.
