I bought this lens and a few others along with a Zorki 4 from Jon Goodman. The purchase included two Jupiter 8 lenses, the original for the camera and a this black one in which Jon said was made in 1975.
Glass is clear, no fungus or haze, a few very minor thin scratches on the external lens element. The aperture blades have a little bit of oil, but it does not affect the performance at all.
