Horseman Exposure Meter 69. In good working condition. Cosmetically, it has scuffs from usage.
An adapter for use with 4x5 cameras was made and occasionally pops up for auction; I had one on another meter that I sold a few months ago.
The meter slides under the ground glass of either a 6x9 or 4x5 (with an adapter) large format to take the light reading. It is very useful for super-close-ups and macro as you will not need to figure out bellows factor.
I used this very meter for close-ups and the exposures were correct.
The Mercury Batteries that this meter ran on are no longer available; Alternatives are available. There are threads on the Photrio and Large Format Photography Forums on which batteries to use.
