They are both the 1268; I didn't know there were two versions what is the difference between the two?

The 1268 fit modern graflok back cameras whereas the 1168 is much more rare and fits the older graflex graphic back which takes the wooden slotted film holders. Essentially the 1168 is the only modern film back that fits these older cameras.
