FS: Graflex 162mm Optar on Graphic Board

I have an Graflex Optar 162mm F/4.5 with front lens cap on Graphic Board. The glass is clean, mold/fungus scratch free. The shutter speeds are off on 1, 2 and 5. They work but speeds are off. 1 sound like a second and a half, and 2 closer to a second and 5 sounds a little off.
