Been a part of my gear for almost 8 years, but I've recently changed over to using a Manfrotto head, which serves my needs more efficiently.
Anyhow, the head has seen some use, but is 100% functional, as it is designed to work. Handles lock securely, and open freely(this is important, no wrenched wrists trying to get it open
!)
Comes with 2 mounting screws, 3/8 and 1/4", as pictured.
$125 shipped in the USA via USPS, int'l postage will cost some more(about $40 more, due to weight/size)

UPS/Fedex shipping is available instead of USPS, for $5 more
